It is really simple to create one!

• Choose from our range of lovely soft toys, towels and backpacks.
• Select a thread colour.
• Choose a font. 
• Type your English alphabets (maximum 6-8 characters, depending on the item you have chosen). Accent alphabets are available - example: Léa. 
• Voilà, that's all!

Once we have received your order, our team will proceed to prepare your truly one-of-a-kind item. Our embroidery products are handcrafted one by one. Therefore, please allow 2 to 4 workings days from the day you placed the order for the item to be ready for delivery. A gentle reminder to confirm that all personalisation details are correct. Should there be an error, there will be no exchange or refund on customised items. Each personalisation embroidery service is at SGD 15.90.
