Returns & Exchanges

Just as our carefully selected products are designed to grow with your baby throughout its childhood years, so does Puttot Singapore's warranty.

Your products purchased in Singapore are warrant against manufacturer's fault for 6 months from date of purchase. An original proof of purchase must be presented indicating date of purchase, product model and authorised Singapore retailer store. Warranty does not covers second-hand owners, wear and tear, abuse or misuse, opened packaging and incorrect assembly.

Due to personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categories under feeding, cushion, bedding and soft toys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Merchandise sold as promotional sale items, specially customised, purchased with vouchers, pre-ordered, group purchase and at Baby Fairs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless due to manufacturer's defect.

Incorrect / Defective Item

We apologies for any item sent incorrectly or defective, please write to us within 3 business days. Incorrect and defective items must be retained and returned in their unused original state and packaging, otherwise claim will be rejected. Puttot Singapore will arrange a re-delivery of the item. The cost of delivery will be borne by us. If the original purchased item is unavailable, customer may choose online store credits or refund.

Change of Mind

We accept cancellations after an order has been placed on Puttot.com. Should you change your mind about a purchase after placing your order online, you can opt to return the item within 5 business days and receive online store credits, which comes with a 30-day validity period.

We accept item(s) that are returned in their original state and packaging, unused, unaltered and with tags intact. Merchandise sold as promotional sale items, specially customised, purchased with vouchers, pre-ordered, group purchase and at Baby Fairs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless due to manufacturer's defect.

The cost of delivery will be borne by the buyer. It is strongly advisable to return item(s) via registered mail or courier service. Puttot Singapore will not be responsible for lost and damage parcels. Return item(s) must reach Puttot Singapore office within 7 business days from date of email confirmation. Kindly send an email request to hello@puttot.com prior to sending parcel.

Refunds

There will be strictly no refunds, unless incorrect item or defective items sent are unavailable for replacement.

Online Store Credits

For any returns, you will be issued online store credits. Online store credits are valid for 30 days. There will be strictly no extension for online store credits. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to issue your credits after returned item has been received. You will receive an email notification once online store credits are issued to your account. Free delivery are not applicable on re-purchase with online store credits. Online store credits issued will be equivalent to the purchase price of item(s).

Puttot Singapore reserves the right to decline a warranty request and to change Returns and Exchanges policy from time to time without prior notice.
